Mara used to come every Tuesday. She hasn't booked in three weeks.
She still opens your emails, so she hasn't gone far.
“Hi Mara, we've missed you on Tuesday mornings. No pressure at all, your mat is here whenever you want it.”
Tala runs the studio work that keeps pulling you away. €1 per active student, all in.
She does the thinking and the drafting, then hands you one clean decision. You always have the last word.
She still opens your emails, so she hasn't gone far.
“Hi Mara, we've missed you on Tuesday mornings. No pressure at all, your mat is here whenever you want it.”
“I have to tell you, I love Tala. I love this. I love working with you. I love it.”
Tala is AI, built to carry the work, not the relationship. She remembers, notices, and prepares. You choose what she may handle on her own and what waits for you. She does not replace your voice, your teachers, or your judgment.
Your teachers get clear cover. Your students stay in a relationship with your studio. You get your attention back.
The booking calendar, the card reader, the spreadsheet, the group chat. Tala takes them on one by one, until she's the one place your studio runs. If you're on Eversports or Mindbody today, she replaces it, when you're ready.
One login, and in time, one place instead of them all.
Active means she practiced with you at least once in the last 30 days. If she stops coming, you stop paying for her.
Every other tool makes money on your payments, your growth, or your lock-in. Tala's bill follows one number: how many students are actually practicing with you. The incentive is the same as yours.
You pay Stripe directly, at cost. Everything else is included.
A sticker price is rarely the whole bill.
One euro per active student, and that is the entire cost. She does the work the others leave on your desk.
A steady month, a steady bill.
A flat fee would charge the same, full room or empty.
Count the €99 setup, the payment fees, and the marketplace commission, and most studios pay less with Tala all-in. And she is a studio manager, not just a booking calendar.
Based on Eversports' published pricing and terms, July 2026. Some contract specifics vary by agreement.
Your bill follows the students who are actually practicing with you.
Tala works alongside what you use now. You watch her before you trust her.
I bring everything across from Eversports, Mindbody, or wherever you are now. Your students, history, and schedule come with you. Each student reconnects her payment once.
You switch on your terms, not on a contract's.
Justin handles your migration personally, in about a week. Your old system stays live the whole time as a safety net. If Tala doesn't fit, you get your money back and I move you safely back.
Payments and card details sit with Stripe. Tala only reads what the work needs, and never touches the money.
Your studio decides what happens to student data. Tala handles it only for you, under a written agreement you see before we start.
Tala never sits between you and the people in your studio, and never turns them into someone else's audience.

I'm Justin. I found yoga in 2013, in the studios of San Francisco and Los Angeles. Rooms that knew my name and gave me somewhere to show up on the hard days.
This summer I moved from California to Berlin to build Tala here. Where I'm from, the studios and the technology grew up in the same neighborhoods. Tala is what they made together.
She is small on purpose. You work with me directly, and I take only a couple of studios at a time so each move is done carefully.
And your studio does not depend on me being awake. Bookings, payments, and check-ins run on their own. Tala carries the day; I watch her and step in when something needs a person.
I just landed in Berlin from California. I'm taking a couple of studios this season, and the first conversation is with me, Justin.
